Holiday Accommodation – Property Management

While focusing on short-term accommodation, specifically holiday and corporate letting, other services offered are maintenance and upgrading of properties.

In addition to property management, our housekeeping department, Excellent Services, which includes cleaning and laundry facilities, ensures that all properties are spotlessly clean, neat and tidy when guests arrive. The name says it all!

We have exclusive mandates on all rental properties listed on this site. This sole mandate agreement gives us the ability to promptly respond to all accommodation requests or enquiries.

We make use of the latest technology for effecting reservations. Marketing primarily via the internet together with an outstanding administrative infrastructure, allows Waterside Living Estates to provide a superior service to all our clients.

Waterside Living Estates works closely with the Body Corporates of the different sectional title establishments and the Marina Martinique Home Owners Association to ensure that all guests adhere to the various house rules.

We are registered members of Jeffreys Bay Tourism, Eastern Cape Tourism, the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa (TGCSA), Development Institute and Training Academy of Southern Africa (DITASA) and the Estate Agency Affairs Board of South Africa (EAAB).

Personal

All members of the family are actively involved in the business. Hannes and Susan are the owners and enjoy having personal contact with their guests. Hannes tends the financial and administration department and Susan manages Excellent Services. Their eldest, Lindie, does the graphic design for marketing materials. Schalk, designed the logo and acts as the general graphic consultant and technical advisor. Their youngest, Adéle, spent countless hours adding content to the website, and having been actively involved in the reservation and administration of the business, she has a sound knowledge of the general activities of the business and also assists with legal advice.

Sales

Being actively involved in specifically the Marina Martinique area, we are well aware of the property trends as well as the availability of stock on the market. We happily share our knowledge and co-operate with other estate agents.
