Jeffreys Bay Self Catering Accommodation - Cleaning and housekeeping services.

As our name spells it out, we strive to offer services of excellent quality to guests staying at our self catering establishments.

CLEANING

Our well trained staff are continually supervised by senior staff members. Guests need not be at the unit when we clean it as we have duplicate keys. This routine will normally be carried out during the afternoon.

We offer the following cleaning services:

a. Cleaning Before Arrival

All units are inspected before arrival of guests to ensure that it is spotlessly clean and that the equipment is in a working condition. Windows are also cleaned. Please report any defects to our office during office hours.

b. Routine Cleaning Daily (Optional)

Staff could be made available to clean your accommodation daily, excluding Sundays and Public holidays. This service must be arranged in advance. One cleaner is available normally between 09h00 and 12h30 in the morning or more often between 13h00 and 16h30 in the afternoon. They make the beds, vacuum the carpets and/or wash the floors, clean the bathrooms, wash the dishes and clean the barbeque . New linen and towels are not included in the daily rates. Please note that this service is only available during Peak Season for all houses and units and during the year for 4 bedroom houses booked for a minimum of seven nights.

c. Routine Cleaning + Change of linen and towels

If guests stay for eight nights and more, a routine cleaning as above will be done during your stay and linen and towels will be changed.

i)  Please note: NO laundry may be washed and ironed in the units by our staff. 

ii) No other cleaning service except Excellent Services are allowed in the units.

d. Cleaning After Departure

After departure the units are thoroughly cleaned to be ready for the next guests. All linen and towels are changed.

LAUNDRY

Laundry services are available next to our House Keeping Office at Claptons Beach.

Private laundry can be handed in before 09h00 in the morning and collected between 16h30 and 17h00 on the same day.

The laundry is weighed and rates calculated on a  /kg basis.

Payment is required when the laundry is handed in.

Washing, drying and ironing services are available.
