The rooms boast twin or king-size beds, en suite bathrooms, a private balcony with a magnificent sea view, coffee & tea facilities, air-conditioning, television, robes and a small safe.
The house consists of three floors. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, braai area, outside patio and lounge area. Especially for our guests who love to surf we also have a small sauna, wetsuit dryer and outside shower.
On the second floor there’s a wave watch lounge with a stunning view, satellite television and internet facilities.
Laundry service as well as dinners are available on request.
House is serviced daily.

RATES:
High Season (1 Jul 2011 to 30 Apr 2012): R890- R1000 pp sharing | R1200- R1500 single
Low Season (1 May 2012 to 30 Jun 2012): R650 – R850 pp sharing | R1050 – R1200 single
Cancellation Policy:
30% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival
100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival or no show.
Children:
Children under 12 stay @ 50% of the rate
Children under 5 stay at no extra cost
The above is valid, providing the children stay in the same room as adults.
