The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Ten chairs are surrounding the dining room table. A bathroom with shower is also available on this level. All these has beautiful seaviews.

Upstairs you’ll find a second lounge, equipped with DSTV, extending onto the balcony. There are also 3 bedrooms, main with open plan bathroom – shower and bath, the second room has a double bed and the third two single beds. These share a bathroom with both shower and bath. Lovely sea views from the two front bedrooms and lounge.

Walking around the house you will enter the ground floor unit, separate from the house with its own fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one bath and shower, the other shower only. Outside there is also a trampoline for your enjoyment, as well as a portable braai. 

A washing machine and tumble drier are available in the double garage. Daily cleaning service can be arranged at extra cost.
